AREA SALES MANAGER - ACEH (CODE: ASM ACEH)
Reports to VP of Sales General Trade, the candidate is responsible to :
1. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas
2. Review, develop translate and implement market-specific strategies into account and call plans
3. Nurture & build customer relationships while preserving the ability to:
Negotiate effectively with customers
Close sales
Identify unmet and/or latent customer needs & communicate these within
Lafarge Maintain acceptable DSO (days sales outstanding) and minimize outstanding past-due balances
Broaden & deepen the business relationship with the customer

Developing and coaching field personnel
Reviewing performance

General Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 3 - 5 years of commercial experience
3. Experience in a commission-based, competitive sales environment is a plus
4. Having excellent communication, interpersonal and supervision skills
5. Good command of English, both oral and written
6. Computer literacy /able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
